Would appreciate if anyone could give any advice on specific high yield topics to focus on!The COMSAE Phase 3 covers the same 2 Dimensions as the COMLEX Level 3 and in the same proportions, and is comprised of 300 items, divided into four 50-question sections. As with our advice on the other COMSAE exams (as well as the WelCOM series), we recommend taking the COMSAE Phase 3 in Timed Mode to best simulate the actual testing experience. It was like a huge recycle of 101-105. I found at least 30 identical questions on 108. 109 was different but super easy. I had a friend take 110 and that was their lowest COMSAE, so maybe stick to those. 104 and 105 are harder for sure and I think people were getting more similar scores doing those two. I took ALL of them except 110. It's what I've been using my entire OMS3 year and my COMSAE came out 600+. Otherwise I'd recommend getting 1-3 COMSAE's (any of them) if you want to give yourself a rough idea of where you are at. Feel free to supplement with previous UFAPS material. So I took my required comsae 107 and got a 495, with my weakest section by far being omm and anatomy.
