I am debating if I should just focus on doing as many uworld questions as I can vs get a COMBANK or a COMQUEST and run through all the questions in a week. There is a pretty good dirtyUSMLE video that goes over uspstf guidelines for preventative screening, also as someone who failed the IM comat the combank SPECIFIC shelf exam for IM helped me pass (not greatly but was a pass). I found those comat specific shelf exams helped a lot when trying to pass my comats and was in a time pinch.
