The AFM disabler on its own isn't worth it in my opinion. Disabling the AFM is a feature on many tuners, so you might as well get a tune for a couple hundred more. Disable AFM, more efficient, better power, better pedal feel, and you own a tuner that can do many things. Like tcmnus said, the other options for trucks have their own issues.
