Stellss. Posted 11-12-18. Hey ladies. I'm just excited to share that yesterday my sweep went great. The midwife said I was 1-2 cm dilated and cervix was soft. She could feel baby's head and my waters. I didn't find it painful at all as well. Now I just woke up and I have lost my mucus plug. Baby could be coming soon. I had a sweep 2 days ago and was 1cm, almost 2-3cm. I started losing my mucus plug later that day. I'm still just crampy in and off like I have been for almost two weeks, nothing else. Labour is near mama. Regardless of what you are feeling it's coming!! I lost my plug after my 38 week sweep. So I had my membrane sweep done Tuesday at about 5 o'clock at 39 weeks. Wednesday morning I started losing some mucus, Thursday morning pretty sure I lost the…I'd resigned myself to induction so this has given me some hope that I may go into labour naturally before then. I lost my mucus plug and went into labour that same day! So good luck ! It's one of those things that mean labour could be imminent or two weeks away. For me it was the latter!
