Recently, I’ve noticed that my 2007 Honda Civic makes an odd whining noise when accelerating. And it doesn’t seem to matter the season. It occurs in the summer, and winter. It is quite an annoyance. However, the whining noise appears to stop after running the car for about 20 minutes.
