Welcome to the forum. RL 22 is an excellent powder in the 300 WM. As mentioned, the mid range load is considered MAX with the E-Tip. The longer bearing surfaqce of the E-Tip generates higher pressures and they spike very quickly. The E-Tip also likes a lot of jump so start them at .100" off the lands. JD338.0.
