Value should be 0.11 - 0.17 ohm (1-ohm scale). Start the bike and measure the voltage on across the same white wires and it should be 54V or more (250v scale). It is very likely the receiver in the hub thats bent from misalignment, this will have to be fixed to make the speedo cable spin. A quick check is to remove the cable from the hub and spin with your fingers while looking for movement on the speedo needle. If it moves, your problem is in the hub. If it dont move, it may be you cable.The service manual shows how to do a "dealer mode 1 and or dealer mode 2" test that may help you to find the problem, or you may have one of these: alternator trouble, wiring faulty, regualtor/rectifer trouble.
