The answer to those questions is no. Bringing the gun back to zero, faster follow up shots and recoil management are jobs of the shooter. They are a result of grip and recoil mechanics not a spring. The recoil spring returns the slide into battery, which it does way faster than a human can pull a trigger. The shooter physically returns the gun ... And the mr920 is no where near as good to shoot. Update to my response above. The Tac grip is worth it to me. I had a chance the stand at a premier staccato dealer and work with both grips back to back. The original is good until you try the Tac grip. Soon as I picked it up, wow this feels right. The original just felt a little slicker compared to the Tac and my hands were dry at the time.
