Ophidia Spathe on Blade Barrage feels top tier now, in my opinion. If you're someone who is invested in the idea of "crucible honor" then this build is not for you. This is the most fun build I've run in a while that's actually viable in endgame PVP. The build really relies on three things: Ophidia Spathe, Le Monarque, and mid tree solar hunter.
