The 300 page document is a study guide, albeit a very long one. I wouldn't recommend going through it with the intentions of learning from it. Im shooting for a 515. I used the 86 page one for my first mcat and the 300 page one for the second mcat. I liked the 300 page better. For my P/S content review, I used the 86 pg doc and premed95's anki deck. If I ever felt uncomfortable with something in the 86 pg doc, I'd watch the corresponding KA video. Read it blandly 1-2 times a day for ~15 mins (what I did). I just used it in the AM to prime/preview for the day and refresh from the day before.
