There are two different Anri quests. One is her individual quest to kill Aldrich, which doesn't involve Yuria whatsoever. The other is for her to be involved in the Lord of Hollows quest, which does involve Yuria and leads to the alternate ending. Killing Yuria won't affect Anri's individual quest; she'll still show up.
